How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers
Kindly note: Once orders are shipped, delivery is outside of our control. However, the below guidance gives you an idea of what to expect..

SA orders
Items will be dispatched no later than 48 hours after the order is placed. SA orders will be shipped with Fastway, and should be delivered within 5 – 7 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Worldwide orders
Items will be dispatched no later than 48 hours after the order is placed. Worldwide orders will be shipped with , and should be delivered within 15-20 working days.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays, we appreciate your patience. 

What are the shipping costs?
For the SA, delivery is free for orders over R350
International orders are $20

Refund policy
Lush can only accept returns if the item is unused, returned to us in its original packaging and within 30days of the order being placed.

Any postage costs incurred by returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
